Thetford winner of ‘Beste Marken’ award
German RV magazine Promobil organizes a annual readers survey, leading to the selection of ‘Beste Marken’ (best brands) Awards. In the category Toilet systems, Thetford is the traditional winner.
The customer’s voice
Promobil lets the customers speak in their annual readers survey. Customers show themselves to be loyal to their brands, and with almost 80% of the votes in the category of Toilet systems, a vast majority shows their loyalty is to the Thetford brand.
Thetford has been active in the European market for almost 50 years, and has historically been seen as the sanitation specialist of the RV market. Norbert van Noesel, Marketing Manager at Thetford: “As we know from the sports world, it is hard to reach the top, but even harder to stay there. We are proud that we still manage to hold this position.”
In addition to Sanitation, Thetford claims a very strong position in both Refrigeration and Cooking appliances.
Cooking appliances are not part of the ‘Beste Marken’ awards, however refrigeration is, with the category ‘Refrigerations and Coolboxes.
Although with no history of offering cool boxes, Thetford scores the second position in this category, due to recent introductions of 12V compressor fridges,.
