Customer Care ia a priority at The Motorhome Trading Company. We implement a range of measures that ensure that the quality of both the motorhome and customer service are of the very highest standard.

All Motorhomes on the forecourt are hand picked by the Sales Manager and are pre-screened to ensure the total quality of each motorhome. Each vehicle is then continually maintained and rigourously valeted whilst on display.
When a motorhome is sold it is immediately despatched to our Fiat Approved Service Centre where a complete 82 point vehicle and habitation check is implemented to ensure the vehicle is 100% satisfactory. We then complete a full MOT after which the vehicle is comprehensively valeted both inside and out before being passed to the handover team on the day that the vehicle is to be collected.
