Beetles (UK) and Danbury Motorcaravans have moved to new purpose designed premises only a few miles from the existing factory. The £3million investment will provide 50% more working bays and ramps to increase production and cut waiting list times. Other benefits include factory tours for customers to see their vehicle being made; a customer waiting lounge; separate customer-working offices with Internet connection; children’s playroom; and improved parts department with display area and larger stocks of parts held on the shelf for quick delivery nationwide. New models will include Water-Cooled Model VW Type 2 as well as a range of the VW Type 5 motorcaravans and the larger Renault Master ‘Family Camper’ - all due for release March 2007!
