Emphasis is placed on lack of pressure, the regulars who attend the meet-ups have formed genuine bonds of friendship and are genuinely pleased to have the opportunity to exchange views and INSERT INTO others on their progress, travels etc., but lack of formality is paramount.
Newcomers are assured of a warm welcome and will receive as much attention as they wish to receive.
One of the biggest bonuses of these meet-ups is the opportunity to meet up again with the Wheeler family, so there is always the chance to get a refresher course on how things work, on problems if any with the conversions, subsequent improvements etc.
Membership rose to over 80 outfits in 1997 and from observations at meetings, the majority are of a "mature age". They vary from couples, singles from both sexes, are from a considerable variety of career backgrounds, and have some fascinating hobbies. Above all they all share an interest in the Wheeler product and on top of that they are evidently very nice people!
You can obtain further information by contacting me at the address below or simply join by forwarding the sum of 3.50 to me (cheques made payable to "Wheelhome Club") for membership for the calendar year. (If after the end of September membership will last until the end of the next calendar year.) All contacts will be acknowledged.
