Behind the dunes (about one kilometer away) is a place where you can sunbathe, play, swim, fly kites, or ride horses without being disturbed, and where is the air fresher and cleaner than by the sea?
Compared to the rest of the Netherlands, this region has the least rainfall and the most sunshine. While the sea is very enticing on the many sunny days in summer, beach walkers and surfers will be impressed by huge waves in the spring and autumn.
The site is immediately adjacent to an area of forest and heath where you can walk or cycle on a rural road to the village. The colourful fields of tulips and countless options for cycling are a true challenge to many.The characteristic landscape of Noord-Holland, including the broad polders that are a paradise for anglers, walkers, cyclists and seekers of peace and quiet.
