Autogas 2000 is a family owned company, specialising for 30 years in the conversion of petrol motor vehicles to LPG.

Autogas 2000 Ltd has long being linked with the motorhome and leisure market as Motor-home owners and touring enthusiasts are catching on to the advantages of being able to refill their own domestic LPG tanks and upright cylinders.
The advantage to this is that you can refill your domestic LPG from any of the 1200 UK forecourts with ease.
Filling while in Europe is also easy as we offer filling adapters.
This eliminates the problems in swapping or exchanging bottles or cylinders while in foreign countries.

The smart new Alugas refillable cylinder:
The 11kg cylinder is manufactured from lightweight aluminum and offers a realistic weight saving compared to steel.
It is designed to be filled from a filler point mounted on the external side of the vehicle and with filler adapters can be filled while traveling without the need to swap bottles over.
The cylinders can be installed in a one-cylinder setup with remote fill, allowing the user to carry a small gas bottle alongside. Or as the favorite two-bottle setup with a remote fill.

Caratank is a unique underfloor LPG tank for motorhomes.
The caratank is available in various sizes and once mounted underfloor will free extra space that is normally taken up by gas bottles in the locker box. They are filled from a filler point in the same way as Alugas.
The caratank also has a unique float activated gauge giving a reading in percent of the tank capacity, thus allowing the user to determine the amount of LPG remaining in the tank. This gauge can also be upgraded to a remote LED display to read on the dashboard, as an optional extra if required.
