MMC - TEC

MMC – Midgley Motor Caravans – holds the franchise for the German T.E.C. motorhome range. MMC is based in Skipton, Yorkshire, and was established over 70 years ago.

The eight-model T.E.C. range includes ‘A’ class, low profile and coachbuilt.

I - TEC is a Fiat based ‘A’ class with four variants: the 590, 670, 680G and 690G. All versions feature the usual drop down cab bed.  A combined bathroom/shower is used except for the 690G which has a separate shower opposite the bathroom.
RoTEC is available as low profile or coachbuilt.  The low profile 612 Ti, 662 Ti and 682 Ti are all Fiat Ducato based. The 612 and 682 are 2-berth while the 662 sleeps three.  The RoTEC coachbuilt 651 G and 700 G sleep six and five have combined bathroom/showers and central kitchens.
FreeTEC is also available in low profile and coachbuilt and are based on the Ford Transit 350L.  The low profile 688 Ti sleeps 3 with and the 708 Ti/ 718 UK sleep 2.
FreeTEC XS also uses the Ford Transit 350 L/M with the 564 G having a rear transverse bed and overcab, while the 594 uses a rear entry door past the kitchen and corner bathroom/shower and double dinette/opposing seat to provide the extra double bed.
TEC.Star low profile uses the Mercedes Eurosprinter 315 CDi with the 7205 Ti and 7215 UK adopting the rear transverse bed/garage option and the 7305 Ti favouring rear forward facing twins.
AdvanTEC uses the Ford Transit 350 M/L chassis with the 574 Ti having rear transverse bed/garage and the 654 Ti using the rear forward facing twins. Both are 2-berth.
